HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PORTFOLIO

This is your chance to have your work showcased right here! We’re excited for you to share your passion with the world.Before you can be featured, there’s a short review process for photo reviews. Please ensure that the photographs you upload do not contain nudity, gore, plagiarism, or any other inappropriate content.The review process typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the number of submissions and the time needed to evaluate each photograph.Once your work is published, you’ll officially be part of the Phozine community!

Upload a presentable profile picture.
Fill out your information (name, email, social media, etc.) Make sure the information is spelled correctly.
Provide a short introductory of yourself and what you have to offer.
Specify the type of photography you do on the forms (if you do more than 1, you must answer the form multiple times since the website categorizes them).
Upload a minimum of 5-10 photos that are compressed for fast display load time on the website. (2419×1935 or 5:4 resolution is recommended)

By submitting content through our submission form you agree to these Terms of Agreement. Please read them carefully before uploading any content.

A. ELIGIBILITY

By submitting content, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian.
You own all rights to the content you submit or have explicit permission from the rightful owner.

B. CONSENT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

When using our submission form, you may be required to submit:

5–10 photos
A profile picture
Your social media handles or contact links

You agree that:

All submitted photos and your profile picture must be your original content or used with permission.
Your social media links must be accurate and belong to you.
Submitted content must not contain:
- Illegal, harmful, or exploitative material
- Nudity or sexual content (unless clearly permitted by site rules)
- Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Copyrighted or trademarked content you do not own
- Personal information of others without consent

We reserve the right to decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

C. LICENSE YOU GRANT TO US

By submitting photos, a profile picture, and social media handles, you grant Phozine to:

Display your photos, profile picture, and social media information on our website
Edit or resize photos and your profile picture for formatting or layout purposes
Use your submitted materials for promotional or feature-related content (e.g., site previews, social posts, newsletter highlights)

You retain full ownership of all content. You may revoke this license by requesting removal, though removal may not be immediate.

D. PUBLIC DISPLAY & SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS

You understand and agree that:

Your photos, profile picture, and social media links will be publicly visible on the website.
Visitors may click your social media links to contact or follow you.
Third parties may share your content, take screenshots, or repost your photos.
We are not responsible for external or unauthorized sharing by third parties.

If you choose to submit social media handles, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

E. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

Submit content you do not own or do not have permission to share.
Upload harmful, misleading, or malicious content.
Provide false or misleading social media links or identity information.
Upload sensitive or private information that you do not want publicly accessible.

F. PRIVACY

We collect the information you provide, including:

Photos
Profile picture
Social media handles or contact links
Basic submission form details

Your information will be used solely for the purpose of appearing on the website and associated promotional materials. We do not sell your personal information.

G. REMOVAL OF CONTENT

You may request the removal of:

Photos
Profile picture
Social media links

by contacting us at contactphozine@gmail.com.
We may also remove any content that violates these terms or poses a risk.

H. TERMINATION

We may suspend or reject submissions, remove content, or restrict access to the website at any time, with or without notice.

I. DISCLAMER

We do not guarantee:

Continuous availability of the website
Protection from all unauthorized third-party use or screenshots
That social media links will not be used by others to contact you

You submit and display your content at your own risk.

J. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Phozine is not liable for:

Unauthorized third-party sharing or misuse of your photos or profile picture
Any contact or interactions that occur through your posted social media links
Loss of data or damages resulting from submissions or website use

K. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the site or submission of new content means you accept any changes.
